Privacy Policy

Last updated · August 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Webex LLC collects when you visit this website or work with us, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. Most of our clients are in the European Union, so this policy is written to the GDPR and applies to everyone, wherever you are.

/01Who is responsible

Webex LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered in Montana, USA, and our founder operates from Pakistan on European business hours.

Privacy contact: privacy@webexllc.com

When we build or run a system that processes your own customers' data, the roles reverse: you are the controller and we act as your processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See Security for how that works, or ask us for the DPA.

/02What we collect, and why

We collect only what a given interaction needs.

  • When you contact us (WhatsApp, email, the brief picker, or the estimate form): your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry.
  • When you book a call: your name, email address, time zone, and any notes you add, handled by Cal.com so the meeting can be scheduled and an invite sent. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • When you become a client: the contact and billing details needed to deliver, invoice, and support the work. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
  • Analytics, only if you accept: see section 03.

We do not buy personal data, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

/03Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics until you press "Allow all" on the consent banner. If you press "Deny", or ignore the banner, nothing analytical is loaded and no request is made to any analytics provider. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies and processes your IP address. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags, and we do not share analytics data with anyone.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under webex-consent. That entry is a preference, not a tracker, and it never leaves your device.

Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font CDN, so simply loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a third party.

/04Who processes data for us

These are the only third parties that touch personal data from this website. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

  • Vercel (hosting and server logs), USA, with EU edge regions.
  • Resend (delivery of enquiry emails), USA.
  • Cal.com, EU region (cal.eu) (call bookings), European Union.
  • Google Analytics (site statistics), USA. Loaded only after you consent.
  • WhatsApp / Meta: if you choose to message us there, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.

Transfers to processors in the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses.

/05How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the life of the engagement, then 7 years for the invoicing and tax records we are legally required to retain.
  • Server logs: retained by our host on a rolling basis, typically under 30 days.
  • Analytics: 14 months, if you consented.

On offboarding we can purge project data and revoke every access credential on request, and we do this by default at the end of white-label engagements.

/06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened.

Email privacy@webexllc.com and we will respond within 30 days, at no charge. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

/07How we protect it

API keys are scoped to the narrowest permission a job needs, secrets live in environment variables rather than in code or repositories, and access is revoked when a project ends. The site is served over HTTPS only. Security covers our practices in more detail.

If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and tell you directly without undue delay.
